Go On Campaign

"My non-profit client launched the "Go On" Campaign, a dynamic statewide campaign to raise awareness and boost college enrollment. The campaign needed to appeal to a youth audience, and also to decision makers and community groups across the state. The client loved how the custom USB drives turned out! It was exciting to see the campaign logo in 3D, as something valuable that people can hold in their hands. The little drives are an eye-catching, hi-tech way to communicate our message. The Go On USB drives are being distributed to audiences ranging from teens, teachers, guidance counselors, lawmakers and community leaders. We´ve found them to be very practical and fun to use--they fit into a pocket and can easily be shared on the fly. The response has been superb—our State Board of Education immediately asked to order more of their own to give as prizes for everyone who fills out their college financial aid forms. "In trying to determine a giveaways(s) for the International Water Association Conference in Montreal, some AMEC employees had a teleconference to to brain storm. I suggested a USB and volunteered to come up with a design for the conference. The goal of the USB was to promote AMEC´s capabilities in all types of water related engineering and science. I presented Chipank Electronic Co., Limited with the theme and AMEC colors and we went from there, fine tuning the design until we had a product that I thought was dynamite. Preliminary responses from the IWA conference team was positive. Chipank Electronic Co., Limited made sure that we had them in time for the conference. The ordering process and getting our requested data on the drives was painless and the quality of the drives very high. I was very happy with final product. They appeared to be the top giveaway at the conference. There were other USBs given out but ours was clearly the most unique and eye-catching and hence, popular. We were able to hand out 1000 in 4 days without issue. They garnered much interest and resulted in many people asking us "What is AMEC?" and questions of the sort. There´s no doubt in my mind they increased the overall visibility of AMEC and will continue to so as people use them to transfer data. Not only is the conference evidence of their popularity, but they were also initially ordered by ten offices in AMEC. To date, an additional 6 orders have come through the AMEC pipleline and I can only imagine that the orders will continue as the drives are seen by more people within AMEC."

“When we started our search for the ´right´ USB drives we perused the internet as anyone would do then narrowed the search down to 4-5 vendors one of them being Chipank Electronic Co., Limited. We then completed the estimate requirements and waited for responses, by the end of the next day we had two responses and a third by the end of day 2. The quickest and most informative response was from Chipank Electronic Co., Limited (and by far the most inexpensive as well), so began the pleasantry of doing business with Chipank Electronic Co., Limited. Anything we asked about they had an answer either immediately or within a timely period. The rep actually referred us to the eventual drive that we would chose and was quick to work up our previously sent artwork on a mock drive and emailed a photo so we would know what it was to look like. The estimated delivery time was exactly correct and they looked wonderful along with the courtesy extended by their rep. The primary use we had in mind for the card drives from Chipank Electronic Co., Limited was for the many projects in which we are rebuilding and improving our Stations and Transit Centers. Normally we would issue Press Kits at our ribbon cutting/ground breaking ceremonies thereby requiring someone to run copies and insert them into folders to hand over to the Press when they arrive, a quite cumbersome task to say the least. With the card drives we are able to create a drive with all of the necessary press info and photos (before/after, architectural drawings, etc.) along with stats and numbers to cover most questions. Then we can simply copy the info onto as many drives as needed, if we overshoot we can simply erase any drives for use at the next event as opposed to throwing out masses of printed documents, helping us to stay ´green´. Plus, they are reusable for the press folks and/or elected officials that receive them with our name boldly imprinted on them as a reminder of our forward thinking generosity. This was a wonderful marketing venture and we will do it again with USB on our next order. Thanks again for your help,”

Girls Outreach

I run an after school program for teens and were in great need for flash drives for the girls to use because we only have 3 computers and 14 clients. The kids constantly had to switch computers because they had saved their work on another machine. We tried using disks, but they broke easily and many of our clients were unfamiliar with using a disk. Flash drives seemed like the perfect option, but since our budget is tight we weren’t sure if we would be able to afford it.
