Warranty & Guarantee

Chipank Electronic Co., Limited warrants its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specific length of time from date of purchase. Warranty periods vary by product and are defined at the bottom of this document. If the product proves defective during the warranty period, Chipank Electronic Co., Limited, at its option, will: repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the product. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser or single consignee of products purchased from an authorized Chipank Electronic Co., Limited dealer. Except where prohibited by law the warranty is non-transferable except to a single consignee to whom our direct customer sells or gives away to.

Limitation of Warranty:

• Alteration, Modification, Disassembly or unauthorized repair
• Improper use of product
• 3-years following the discontinuation of the USB standard AND replacements are not available

This Warranty is void if any manufacturer labels or stickers have been removed or altered, or if any counterfeit labels are found on the product. Any counterfeit products are excluded from warranty and will not be returned to the sender.

Discontinued or Unavailable Products:

Chipank Electronic Co., Limited will attempt to replace all products with the same product as originally purchased. In the event Chipank Electronic Co., Limited is unable to replace product with the same product purchased, Chipank Electronic Co., Limited, at its option will: replace that product with a new product of similar function and equal or greater value, or refund the purchase price paid.

Shipping Costs:

The customer is required to pay shipping and handling charges to send the defective product to Chipank Electronic Co., Limited. 

Limitation of Liability:

IN NO EVENT SHALL Chipank Electronic Co., Limited BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES FOR A BREACH OF WARRANTY IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA OR COMMERCIAL LOSS FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCT. NO Chipank Electronic Co., Limited EMPLOYEE, DEALER, OR OTHER AGENT IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY.:
